Chief of Operations

Christopher Melendez is a San Diego-based General Contractor, Construction Manager, and founder of Nextgen Builders Group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership & Ministry from Life Pacific University and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from NewSchool of Architecture & Design.

Combining leadership, project management, and hands-on construction expertise, Christopher leads Nextgen Builders Group in providing high-quality residential remodeling, tenant improvement, and construction management services. His work is built on integrity, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence.

Joe Guerrero

Director of Operations, Commercial Division

is a seasoned Construction and Property Management professional with over a decade of hands-on experience in the field. He holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and previously served at AH Construction, where he contributed to numerous successful residential and commercial projects.
